How do I prepare for your service?

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys ,clothing or other items before we arrive. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place and you receive the most out of your cleaning.

Do you guarantee your work : Yes. What does our 24-Hour Clean Warranty mean for you? 

It means that if you’re not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, you can call us within 24 hours and we’ll come back to clean it again, at no additional cost.

Arrival window

We have an arrival window of 1 hour. This gives our crews time to ensure that the previous customer is happy with their clean and to travel safely to your location.

What is included and how does this affect my total time?

The time it takes to clean your home is based on the package you choose, the size of your home and the level of cleanliness of your home.

What if something breaks?

In the unfortunate event we are responsible for breakage, you will need to notify us within 24 hours. We do our best to never damage our clients property however mistakes can happen from time to time . In this event we replace the item or give you cash value should it not be possible to replace the item. Higher value items will be handled directly with our insurance providers.

What about my pets?

We love our furry friends and do our best to work around them. Should they become too anxious or endanger our techs, She Can Clean reserves the right to leave your home.

What if I am not home?

Most of our clients are not home during services. As long as our techs can access your home with prior consent we are good to go.

What do you not clean?

We do not clean up after animals and do not clean human waste/fluids, such as blood.

Do I provide cleaning equipment or supplies?

You are more than welcome to supply your own supplies and equipment should you prefer certain chemicals. We do suggest you provide your own vacuum to prevent cross-contamination between houses.

How do I reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, simply email or call us and we will get you rescheduled. Our 48 hour cancelation policy does apply.

Do you do carpet cleaning?

We can connect you with a carpet cleaner, we work with several companies and can refer you. She Can Clean doesn’t clean carpets.

Why is the 1st clean more expensive?

We pride ourselves in our high cleaning standards. To ensure we can maintain this high standard the initial clean will take a little longer to help remove aged dirt, calcium, soap scum and build up.

Do you send the same cleaner every time?

We understand the importance and trust you place in the cleaning company you select to clean your home and the technician doing so . That’s why She Can Clean works diligently to consistently train our technicians equally and match our clientele with a technician or cleaning team that best match’s their cleaning needs. We do our best to accommodate technician requests , however there are times when a technician may be unavailable.

Should I tip my cleaning tech?

Everyone loves a job well done and a thank you! However tips are not required but much appreciated to support our team’s efforts and dedication. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity and gifts!
